The FCFI3083A is a 30 in induction range with an Easy-to-Clean Cooktop, Convection Bake and Faster Boil Times, and it is also sold as FCFI3083AS. It is shown as discontinued, so it is an older induction range. We repair induction ranges as well as gas and electric ones.

Why will my induction zone not heat my pan?
Induction needs a magnetic, flat-bottomed pan. A magnet should stick to the bottom. If the pan is right and the zone still does not heat, we test the zone and the power to it.
Is a loud fan under the induction cooktop a problem?
The fan cools the electronics, so it is normal for it to run. A grinding or rattling noise is not, and we check the fan, its blades and the airflow. A silent fan on a hot cooktop needs prompt attention.
