The ice maker on my GRFC2353AF is slow in summer. What do you look at?
Ice needs a cold freezer and a steady water fill, so those two come first, followed by the fill valve. A freezer that runs a few degrees warm or a tired valve can cut output without stopping it.
Water comes out of the door but there is no ice. Is that a different problem?
It can be. Water and ice share one supply line, but ice also depends on the ice maker and a cold freezer. Testing each stage in order shows where the chain breaks.
Why is there frost on food in the freezer drawer?
Frost usually means warm humid air is getting in, or the freezer is not defrosting well. The drawer gasket is the easy first test, then the defrost parts and the path the cold air takes.
