FGHD2465NF
Frigidaire Gallery FGHD2465NF Dishwasher Repair
Most common issues on this model
- Wash pump or motor that hums
- Spray arm that sticks or sprays unevenly
- Filter or sump clogged
- Detergent dispenser that opens late
- Water level that looks low during the wash
The FGHD2465NF is a stainless steel, Gallery line 24-inch built-in dishwasher from Frigidaire. It is an older model, and more than one revision of it exists, so we match parts to the full label.
A low water level during the wash is one of the first things we check on this type, since it weakens spray and makes the pump run dry. We inspect the inlet valve, the float and the filter, then the wash arms. Humming from the wash pump is another sign, and we confirm it by testing the pump after the sump is clean.
You see a written price before work starts. We use the full number on the label to match your exact revision, we advise against a repair that costs too much for an older unit, and our work is warranted for 30 days.

Error codes this model can show
Why does my dishwasher hum but not clean?
The wash pump may be blocked or worn, or the water level may be too low. We clean the sump, check the fill and test the pump before suggesting a part.
What does a low water level do?
It cuts the spray and can overheat the pump. We check the inlet valve, the float and the supply to see why the tub is not filling enough.
Why does the revision matter?
Different revisions can use different pumps, valves and arms. We confirm your exact revision from the label before we order, so the part fits the first time and you are not charged twice.
