What CE means

CE is a communication failure message on Frigidaire upright freezers with electronic control, including the Deluxe half-moon, vertical, square and rectangle control boards, such as model FPUH19D7LF. It means the parts of the electronic control are not talking to each other the way they should, so the freezer cannot rely on its own readings and settings. You may see CE on the display and the freezer may cool poorly or not as set. These upright freezers are older models still in many Houston homes, and we repair them.
