GCRI3058A
Frigidaire Gallery GCRI3058A 30-Inch Induction Range (Air Fry) Repair

Most common issues on this model
- Induction zones: cookware detection and heat
- Cooling fan under the cooktop
- True Convection fan and element
- Air Fry airflow and oven sensor
The GCRI3058A is a Frigidaire Gallery 30-inch freestanding induction range with Air Fry and True Convection. The induction cooktop heats cookware directly, and the glass is made to be easy to keep clean.
Induction ranges plug into a 240-volt outlet like any electric range, but cooktop problems are different. If a zone will not heat, we confirm the pan works with induction, then test the zone’s power parts and the fan that cools them. In the oven, True Convection and Air Fry both rely on the fan, the element and the sensor, so we test those when food comes out uneven.
Older induction ranges like this one deserve a fair assessment. We read the model and serial from the tag, quote in writing before any work, and tell you frankly if a new range is the better spend. Thirty days of warranty cover the workmanship.

Error codes this model can show
A zone on my GCRI3058A stops heating mid-cook. What do you check?
We look at the pan first, then the cooling fan and the zone's power parts. A zone can shut off when it senses too much heat, so fan airflow matters.
Can I use any pan on an induction range?
Pans that a magnet sticks to generally work. If a pan that should work does not heat, we test the zone itself before we suggest a part.
Is an older induction range worth repairing?
Often yes when the cause is a fan, sensor or element. If the cooktop's power parts and the glass are both in trouble, we tell you before you spend, and you approve a written price.
