Why does the OrbitClean arm not spin?
Debris can jam it, or the bearing or the water feed may be worn. We remove and clean the arm, check that water reaches it and replace it only if it is cracked or worn.
Does a heated dry option need a heating element test?
Yes. If dishes stay wet with the heated dry option on, we test the element for continuity and check that the drain empties fully. Both can leave dishes damp.
Can you repair the top control panel?
In many cases, yes. We test the buttons and the board and tell you what each part costs before we replace it. On an older unit, we also tell you if replacement is wiser.
