Why are my comforters damp in the middle?
Thick items need strong heat and airflow. We check the vent and measure heat, since a weak element or a partly blocked duct leaves the center wet while the edges feel dry.
What should I do if the SENSORDRY cycle stops too soon?
Wipe the sensor strips inside the drum with a damp cloth to remove softener residue. If that does not help, we test the thermistor and the heat.
Why does the dryer click but not tumble?
The start switch, the door switch or a seized belt may be stopping the motor. We test the switches first, then check the belt and the idler pulley.
