On Frigidaire electronic-display refrigerators, a Door Ajar indicator with an alarm tone means a door has stayed open for more than 5 minutes. The control lights the indicator and sounds the alarm so food does not warm without you knowing. Most of the time, a door was left open, a shelf or bin is sticking out, or the door did not latch against the gasket. If the alarm sounds with the door visibly closed, the door may still be sitting slightly open or the door switch may not be registering the closing.
