It can be, but if the setting is right the air opening or the control may be sending too much cold. We test the drawer at each setting.
Why does my counter-depth fridge pull water lines behind it?
If it is pushed too far back, the supply line can kink and cut water flow. We pull the unit out, straighten the line and set the right gap.
Do Effortless Glide drawers need any care?
Keep the tracks clean and avoid overloading the drawers. Crumbs or a cracked rail cause sticking. We clean the tracks and replace any rail that is damaged.
