GRMS2773A
Frigidaire GRMS2773A Four-Door Fridge Repair
Most common issues on this model
- Custom-Flex temp drawer and its setting
- Crisper drawer seals
- Door gaskets and hinge wear
- Freezer drawer temperature
The GRMS2773A is a Frigidaire Gallery four-door French door refrigerator with a standard-depth body and 26 cubic feet of storage. Its listing names CrispSeal Fresh Crispers, a Custom-Flex Temp Drawer and the SpaceWise Organization System. A version numbered GRMS2773AF is sold too.
What we notice on four-door refrigerators of this kind is how much the drawers matter to everyday use. The Custom-Flex drawer gives you a place for meat, drinks or party trays at a different temperature, and when it does not follow its setting we test the control and the air opening feeding it. The same careful look goes to the crispers, since a drawer that no longer closes tight loses humidity quickly.
We do not guess at parts. The model and serial on your label get written on the work order first, and a price on paper follows before we start. After the repair, a 30-day warranty applies to the workmanship.

My GRMS2773A temp drawer will not stay cold enough for meat. What do you check?
The setting first, then the air opening and control for that drawer. If cold air is reaching it but the drawer stays warm, the sensor is the next test.
Why do my crisper drawers not close all the way?
Items can jam the slides, or the drawer seals can be worn. We check the slides and the rails, clean the track and replace any seal that has hardened.
Do the GRMS2773A and GRMS2773AF need different parts?
Sometimes. The AF ending marks a related version, so we read your entire number off the label and match parts to that, not to the base number.
