FRSG2115A
Frigidaire FRSG2115A Side-by-Side Fridge Repair
Most common issues on this model
- Fresh Storage crisper seals and humidity
- Evaporator fan and defrost parts
- Door gaskets and hinge alignment
- Condenser coils behind the counter-depth cabinet
This is a 21 cubic foot, 36-inch counter-depth side-by-side from Frigidaire. The FRSG2115A lists a flexible interior organization system, Fresh Storage crispers, full-depth shelving and bright LED lighting, and a variant is labeled FRSG2115AV. It is still a current Frigidaire number.
A newer refrigerator is the right place to check for early problems before they grow. If the cabinet is not holding temperature, we measure each section and check the evaporator fan and defrost system. If a crisper drawer fogs or the lettuce wilts, we look at its seal and glides. Flexible shelving moves around, so we also confirm that shelves sit on their supports and do not block the air vents.
This number may still be under warranty, so check your coverage first. When you do call us, we copy the model and serial from the label, put the estimate in writing and cover our workmanship for 30 days.

Error codes this model can show
Can shelves block cooling on a side-by-side?
Yes. Food placed against the air vents can block flow and cause warm spots. We check the vents and tell you where items should sit.
Why do the crispers fog up?
Moisture builds up when the drawer does not close fully or the humidity control is open. We check the gasket, the glides and the air path.
Should I check my warranty before calling?
Yes, check your paperwork first. If coverage has ended or does not apply to the problem, we diagnose it and quote the repair in writing before any work begins.
