FGET3045K
Frigidaire FGET3045K Double Oven Repair
Most common issues on this model
- Both oven cavities for steady, accurate heat
- Bake and broil elements for visible damage
- Door lock and latch after a cleaning cycle
- Control panel keys and display
The FGET3045K is a Frigidaire Gallery double electric wall oven that is 30 inches wide and finished in black. It is also written FGET3045KB, FGET3045KF or FGET3045KW. This is an older model, and we still repair them for homeowners who like the oven and want to keep it.
At 30 inches, this size is the common cabinet opening in many Houston kitchens, so a replacement from another line often needs new cabinet work. That is one reason repairing the oven you have can make sense. We test each cavity separately: the heat, the elements, the sensor and the door lock. A blown element or a stuck latch is a smaller repair than a new oven.
If the control board and other parts are all showing wear at once, we will tell you honestly that a repair may not be worth the cost. We confirm the exact model and serial from the appliance label first, so the part we order fits, quote in writing before we start, and stand behind our work with 30 days of workmanship warranty.

Is a 30-inch double wall oven worth fixing?
Often it is, especially when the cabinet cut-out is custom to that size. A new element, sensor or latch usually costs far less than a replacement and the cabinet work that goes with it.
My FGET3045K door will not unlock after cleaning. What now?
The lock motor or the latch switch is usually the cause. We test both, release the door safely and replace only the part that is stuck or worn.
Can you tell me the cost before you start?
Yes. After we find the cause, we give you a written price. You approve it first, and the work carries a 30-day workmanship warranty. Nothing is started until you have seen the number.
