When the ADD WATER and ICE FULL lights come on together on Frigidaire-brand countertop ice makers such as the EFIC117 and EFIC108, the usual reasons are that the ice tray is not in the right position, or that sunlight is disturbing the infrared module that senses a full basket. Two lights at once is a different signal from either light alone. Production stops until the unit reads a normal position and no interference.
