The PCCG3680A is a 36-inch Professional gas cooktop with five burners, a PowerPlus burner, backlit LED knobs and dishwasher-safe grates. Compared with the 30-inch PCCG3080A, it spreads the same style over more width.
Over 36 inches, burners are farther apart and each has its own igniter lead, so we trace a non-lighting burner from the knob to its spark module. A sticky valve at a low setting often traces to old grease around the stem. We clean it first and test the flame at each position.

Why does my burner click but not light on a 36-inch cooktop?
The igniter, the port or the spark module may have failed. Because each burner has its own igniter, we test the one that fails against a working one.
My knob is hard to turn at low heat. Should I force it?
No. Forcing can damage the valve. We clean the stem area first and test the valve, and quote a replacement only if it will not turn freely.
What do you check around the gas connection?
