The PCCE3680A is a 36-inch Professional electric cooktop with PowerPlus, a bridge element and a keep warm zone. This 36-inch version follows the 30-inch PCCE3080A.
At 36 inches the cooktop has more elements to supply, so connection quality at the terminal block matters. We look for discolored terminals, then test the elements individually with a meter. When a breaker trips as soon as an element is switched on, the element is isolated and tested before anything else is replaced.
For the bridge element, we test each half and the link between them, and we also check that the keep warm zone heats on its own. We read the label for the full model and serial, quote in writing, and guarantee our completed repair for 30 days.
