The GCCI3670B is a 36-inch Gallery induction cooktop with a MatteGuard surface, a 3,600-watt PowerPlus burner and a 2-in-1 bridge element.
On a wide induction cooktop, the PowerPlus burner and bridge element can run big pans at once, which loads the power board. If the cooktop trips, beeps or drops a zone, we inspect the breaker, then the fan and the vents, and last the board. A bridge that heats on one side gets a test of each coil.
The matte surface hides fingerprints but the controls still need a clean, dry panel to respond well. The label tells us the model and serial, and we quote before ordering. We tell you plainly if the repair costs more than it is worth.
