Why does my burner click but not light?
Spills in the burner ports, a misplaced cap or a worn igniter are the usual causes. We clean and reseat the burner, then test the igniter and spark module so only the failed part is replaced.
Can this cooktop run on propane?
The unit is listed with LP conversion capability. The conversion needs the right orifices and a correct setup, so tell us which gas you have and we will confirm the setup during the visit.
What if I smell gas near the cooktop?
Leave the house, avoid switches and flames, and call your gas utility. Once it is cleared, we can inspect the connection, valves and burners and quote any repair in writing before we start.
