Rentals, Duplexes and Property Manager Accounts

Rentals, duplexes and small apartment buildings often run on Frigidaire appliances, and a manager cannot spend the day relaying messages. We set up access with each tenant, write down what we found at every address and merge invoices when that fits your books.

Send us the address, the model if you have it, and what the tenant reports. When an older unit would cost nearly as much to repair as to replace, we lay out both options and you choose.

Every visit has a three-hour arrival window, which we confirm with you and the tenant.
